SEIGNIORAGE...English version

Today I will deal a topic that most people have never heard of.
"Seigniorage."
I will explain a theory at first sight at an imaginary delusional scam monetary and psychological theory that we all are subject and that newspapers, TV, comics do not ever cite.
To put it in simple terms we speak of the profit generated by money creation.
I try to explain ..
First start by saying that the coin has a double meaning, a "nominal" that is what is printed on the currency and an "intrinsic" meaning all of the different costs that you have in making the money (paper, metal , ink, etc. ..).
Seigniorage is the gain then you have the difference of the two values.
But when were you born?
In olden times the gold coins were minted by the "Lord" (the noble), "which impressed them a higher value to be able to earn and so afford a" premium "substantial economic.
So the powers that be received the gold directly from the mines, with a request to convert the currency and impart his effigy to ensure the goodness and truth. The Lord then declared a coin as containing 10 grams of gold when in fact they were used only 9 grams (with the addition of 1 gram of non-precious metal). The difference between the nominal value stated (10 grams) and the actual intrinsic value (9 grams) was the seigniorage (one gram gold coin).
We come today, are now the central banks to create money, and that virtual cash (credit cards).
Example:
to print a bill or a 5 € 500 euro takes only 30 euro cents, the currency is also subject to an interest (eg. 3%), which raises the public debt of more than nominal value of money itself! In practice, a bill to the city costs € 100 and € 103 bank with only 30 cents. All this would be the seigniorage.
So why not print the money to your state (as is already done with coins of 1, 2, 5 or 10 euro cents, because it is necessary to make them spend 15 cents), thus avoiding the debt itself and its citizens with private institutions ...???

Oggi tratterò un argomento, di cui molte persone non hanno mai sentito parlare.
" IL SIGNORAGGIO" .
Vi spiegherò una teoria a prima vista delirante su una fantomatica truffa monetaria e psicologica a cui tutti noi teoricamente siamo soggetti e che giornali,tv,comici non citeranno mai.
Per dirlo in parole povere parliamo del lucro che si genera dal creare moneta.
Provo a spiegarvela..
Per prima cosa iniziamo col dire che la moneta ha un duplice valore, uno "nominale" cioè quello che è riportato sulla moneta e uno "intrinseco" cioè l’insieme di tutti i vari costi che si hanno nel produrre la moneta (carta,metallo,inchiostro,ecc..).
Il signoraggio quindi è il guadagno che si ha dalla differenza dei due valori.
Ma quando è nato?
Anticamente le monete in oro venivano coniate dal "Signore (il nobile)” che imprimeva loro un valore nominale più alto per poterci guadagnare e permettersi così un “aggio” economico notevole.
Quindi il Potente di turno riceveva l’oro,anche direttamente dalla miniere, con la richiesta di convertirlo in moneta e impimergli la sua effige per garantirne la bontà e la veridicità. Il Signore quindi dichiarava una moneta come contenente 10 grammi d'oro mentre in realtà ne venivano impiegati solo 9 grammi (con l'aggiunta di 1 grammo di metallo non nobile). La differenza tra il valore nominale dichiarato (10 grammi) e valore intrinseco effettivo (9 grammi) era il signoraggio (un grammo d’oro per moneta).
Veniamo ai giorni nostri, attualmente sono le Banche Centrali a creare moneta, sia contante che virtuale (carte di credito).
Esempio :
per stampare una banconota da 5 euro o una da 500 euro bastano 30 centesimi di euro, inoltre la moneta è sottoposta ad un interesse (ad. es. 3%) che fa lievitare il debito dei cittadini oltre il valore nominale della moneta stessa! In pratica una banconota da 100 euro costa al cittadino 103 euro e al Banchiere solo 30 centesimi. Tutto questo sarebbe il signoraggio.
Allora perché non far stampare il denaro al proprio stato (come peraltro già fa con le monete da 1, 2, 5 o 10 centesimi di euro, poiché per farle occorre spendere 15 centesimi) evitando cosi il debito per se stesso e per i suoi cittadini con istituti privati...???
