PANETTONE PERUGINO..English version


Here's what we need:
12 eggs
800 grams of sugar
extra virgin olive oil enough
180 g butter
Grated rind of two lemons and two oranges
50 gr vinsanto
50 g of cinnamon liqueur and marsala
Vanilla and spices to taste
Farina enough
2 dice yeast

We're going to prepare the pizza sweet Easter.
Melt a cube of yeast in warm milk, pour the flour into a bowl making them a hole in the middle (like the volcano) and pour the dissolved yeast mix all. Let rise for at least 12 hours. Spend 12 hours, we melt the butter in a double boiler, grate the peel, beat the eggs and prepare a soft and elastic dough by adding liquor and flavorings and the remaining yeast. Let stand for two hours, after which we pour the mixture into molds about 15 cm high (so that it fills the dough to ¾).
Let rise until the dough has reached the edge of the container.


Bake in hot oven (180 degrees) for about 45 minutes.
